TipTopJob Launches National Day
To raise awareness of the importance of working relationships, we have launched a National Hug Your Boss Day. Due to take place on August 22, the national day will encourage workers to ask themselves whether they would feel comfortable giving their boss a hug. If the answer is no, then perhaps the relationship needs to be readdressed.

In preparation for the day, a Facebook group has been set up which will invite members to upload photos of themselves hugging their boss and also leave messages on the wall about what they really think of the one that pays them!
